Off the Mat: Continue to do yoga! I also like to work, travel, make art and music, read, converse with strangers, and spend quality time with flora and fauna (also humans).
This community of powerful women and men has helped me accept myself so that I may better accept others. I am learning about balance, being present, caring for myself so I may care for others, and the amazing marriage of the body and soul. Currently, I relish being a student and volunteer so that someday I may have some real knowledge to share with others.
