Off the Mat: Off the mat I like to spend time with my son, boyfriend, family, friends and my chocolate lab, Bella. I also like to work, travel, go to plays, practice yoga, energy work and pray.
I got involved with yoga after an injury when I was forced to slow down. I have received many gifts from yoga like how to breathe, release stress, heal and appreciate life more. The studio is so peaceful and welcoming. I am grateful to be a part of this community.
