Crow pose. What comes to mind when the instructor invites the class into crow? Maybe the first thought is, "Oh $h!#!" Understandably so. Crow pose can be intimidating for many yogis. Maybe you think, "My arms are too weak." Or maybe a little light within you rejoices since you have visibly improved your expression of crow.
