Check out about Kevin's experience as he shares the difference found in yoga.
“My back is killing me today.” How many times have you heard a friend, loved one or acquaintance say this? How many times have you complained about your back? Maybe this statement came with a grumble of unmistakable annoyance?

Yoga offers a realm of healing possibilities that may be a great alternative or addition to western medicine. This is why Ebb n' Flow Yoga is thrilled that Theresa Murphy, a certified yoga therapist by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, is now extending her wisdom of yoga through yoga therapy. Building on her 20 plus years of yoga experience, Theresa brings over 3000 hours of therapeutic one-on-one work with clients. Yoga therapy is yet another example of the studio's commitment to practice yoga - in all ways, always. Theresa recently sat down with us to share all about this new, exciting service.
