Off the Mat: I love being in the kitchen and working my magic to whip up fun and healthy dishes. I love spending time with my husband and son.
I came to yoga after months of coping with postpartum depression. The amount of love and support I've recieved from the community and the instructors from Ebb n' Flow is overwhelming. I have never felt so welcome from people I've known for such a short time.
I see yoga as an opportunity to enjoy alone time, and to work on being a better human for myself and family.
