Off the mat I like to: I enjoy spending time with my family, especially when pizza is involved. And I love to cook - especially as a form of mindfulness - and explore new restaurants.
In an attempt to combat physical and mental fatigue, I decided to try yoga in my bedroom with a YouTube video. I loved the benefits yoga offered and continued to develop my practice, explore different studios, and experiment with different styles of yoga.
My passion for yoga and helping others change their lives through fitness inspired me to become a certified instructor. Today, I stay fit through yoga, boxing, weightlifting, as well as bootcamp and HIIT workouts with my husband and dog.
