*Poses should be done only when body is warmed from your practice and as always, listen to your body and only do what your body feels is right for you. That's practicing yoga!
March - Get Inspired & Be You Yoga Challenge! #HealthyYogaHabits
This month's challenge is all about stepping out of our comfort zones and freshening up the yoga practice and becoming more creative in where and with whom we practice yoga! Whether it's in the park, in the kitchen cooking dinner, in the backyard, or with the family, we want to see your amazing asanas off your mat! So try to be as creative as possible!
We know how hard and scary it is, and that's why we are asking only that you freshen up your yoga practice at least 5 times - once per week! For the other 26 days, feel free to stay in your comfort zone! We will pick 7 winners based off creativity and passion! Can't wait to see what you yogis create! ❤️
