AIReal Yoga™ uses a looped fabric (hammock), that swivels freely on a single point taking you to higher level. It allows you to deepen your stretch, correct your alignment, refine postures and safely perform inversions. The hammock further serves as a prop you can hold on to for balance and as a spotting device which safely guides you into yoga postures you might of thought impossible. However, this new form of yoga is equally beneficial for beginners and advanced students alike. You will be practicing your yoga in the air, defying gravity, moving freely, releasing fear, and floating into a deeper understanding of your wellness. You will leave an AIReal Yoga™ class feeling taller, leaner, and quite literally higher.

Aerial Yoga - Beginner
This hybrid class explores poses both on the mat and in the air, flowing in relationship between the two. The hammock allows students to access poses that may be less accessible on the mat. Strong emphasis on breath, tension release, and building strength. Slower paced learning-based class with much emphasis on step-by-step instruction on how to enter and exit aerial poses.

Aerial Yoga - Intermediate
Yoga with the support and enhancement of silk swings. Feel how gravity opens the body as you hang or hold the swing to support your weight. "Aerial yoga can enhance an existing mat practice or stand on its own, strengthening and opening you in new ways. Achieve more length and depth with less strain, challenging your core strength. Faster paced class with emphasis on transitioning between poses, longer holds, and less verbal instruction. Familiarity with and a stronger working knowledge of aerial poses is recommended. Reservations are REQUIRED for aerial yoga due to the limited number of fabrics.
Candlelight Restorative with Thai Reflexology
First Friday of every month Restorative yoga focuses on bringing lymph flow back towards the heart where it can drain out and boost your immune system. It also flips the switch on the Rest or Digest part of the nervous system, ensuring a feeling of calm rejuvenation and if done at night, a great night's sleep.
Ancient theory maintains that areas of the foot correspond to areas of the entire body and that by stimulating certain “reflex” points of the feet we can assist the body back into its natural state of balance, thus providing overall better health and wellness.
YOGA CELEBRATES COMMUNITY: Join us on Sunday mornings at 10AM where together we make a difference. Steven Rubin has dedicated this time to offer a by donation yoga class. All proceeds are used to support our community. Ebb n Flow Yoga – Vinyasa
Experience life's energy flows from your own body's perspective with an intense and powerful practice. Vinyasa literally translated means, "To place in a special way." Vinyasa classes move the body up and down, linking movement with breath. Classes are sequenced to build cardiovascular and muscular strength and build heat to aid in opening the body and release tension.

A class designed to relax and replenish at the end of the day. A restorative yoga flow with lots of stretch and ease along with feel good core replenishment to give you just what you need for the end of the day.
Flow and Restore
This class starts off with an energizing sun sequence, building heat with a strong and stretchy vinyasa flow. Followed with cool down, restorative, moon poses. Supported with props, these feel good poses will bring you into a deep state of healing and relaxation to unwind and refresh your body and mind
Hatha Yoga is comprised of the building blocks of yoga. Explore correct alignment through careful movement, using props and longer held-postures to build awareness in the body. Hatha yoga includes a good balance of supine, seated, and standing postures.
TBA Join us in this divine space where joy and fun meet deep and sacred. Connect with your inner life force and dance yourself into a state of blissful freedom. This class combines guided and freestyle movement, encouraging a relaxed mind united with body, soul, and spirit. Soul Flow with Chakra Balancing
Chakras are energy centers within our bodies where our life force energy flows. When they become blocked we can experience emotional and physical ailments. This class focuses on healing by balancing these energy centers. A moderate flow style infused with sound healing, aromatherapy, adjustments, mantras, mudras and more to help us connect deeper within. Each week we will explore different chakras learning how poses and breathing techniques work to create balance. Students will be given a clear understanding of how this balance directly relates to our wellbeing mentally and physically.
Yin Prana Flow
A refreshing combination of Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Flow, designed to dissolve tension and replenish your energy reserves, moving into an increasing awareness of the dynamic nature of the subtle body.
The word Vinyasa means to place or arrange. Yin is the quality of slow, cool, and calm. The playful and poetic swapping of "Yin" for "Vin" implies that the nature of these Vinyasa classes are slow and purposeful. The asana work is deliberate, methodical and slowly builds into a peak pose or to open a specific body part. There is good focus on healthy alignment while weaving in the wisdom of the yoga philosophy, also keeping it light and playful all while working hard. A perfect Hatha Yoga experience, light and intense, effort and yield, soft and hard, yin and yang, work and play!
This is a TRUE BEGINNER YOGA CLASS. Explore yoga for the very first time or as a returning student from a break that would like to reacquaint themselves with the poses and philosophy of yoga by name and practice. This class focuses on learning poses on the basic level, learning how to apply connection of breath and movement and enhancing and strengthening your "Asanas" (poses). The purpose of this class is for an enriching gentle physical exercise to increase flexibility and warm and tone the body. Showing you how to bring your physical practice together in body and mind. Creating a balanced practice of body and mind for clarity, focus, restoration and healing. "Yoga is not a Comparative or Competitive Sport." Come and explore and learn by doing. Each students experience should be unique to them. No two students are the same. We look forward to guiding you in your new or revisited practice. Kindness and patience is the goal.
